Depends ENTIRELY on how good they each are. Same fun factor: Videogame (less time to set up and actually play.)
If they're the benchmark fun level for all videogames, or all tabletop games... Tabletop. D&D > Just about any video game, and it doesn't get old nearly as quickly. Sadly, I've only ever played D&D once, as a result of a lack of people who have time to actually play.

PS3 or Xbox 360?
